A cosy atmosphere, a very quiet location and plenty of space for you to relax: Enjoy a restful holiday in our spacious and sunny apartment with a magnificent view of the Catinaccio and Sciliar mountains. Our house is located in a wonderfully quiet and natural location with many opportunities for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and other activities.
The bus stop is about 5 minutes' walk from our house.
Facilities: a fully equipped kitchen with plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc., oven, cooker, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, moka, tea towels, a cosy farmhouse dining room for the right feel-good effect, TV with satellite channels, free WLAN,
1 double room, 1 twin room with separate beds, can also be used as a double room (possibility of an extra bed) with bed linen and towels, we are happy to provide a cot on request, 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, 1 day toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, a balcony, a garden and a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The accommodation is a detached house surrounded by greenery.
Our Rosengartenblick flat also has a barbecue for wonderful barbecue evenings, free private parking
and a storage room for skis and bicycles..

Our holiday flat of approx. 95 m² (for 2-5 persons) is very spacious and flooded with light, and has a balcony and terrace with a fascinating view of the Catinaccio mountain range and the Sciliar, the kings of the Dolomites.

Information on the prices
- Our prices are per day (for 2 persons) including bed linen, towels and tea towels
- Price for flat per day for 2 persons
- Children from 3 to 14 years €15.00 per day
- Adults €25.00 per day
- The current visitor's tax of €2.70 per person (from 14 years) per night is to be paid on site.
- Deposit: 3 days of the booked stay
- The reservation is made after receipt of the deposit.
- Methods of payment: Payment for your stay can be made on site in cash or in advance by bank transfer.
- Our holiday flat is non-smoking
- We kindly ask you to limit your smoking habits to the balcony and outdoor areas only.
- A washing machine is available.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept your pets, we ask for your understanding.
Cancellation conditions
- Terms of cancellation pursuant to Art. 1382 Italian Civil Code. There is no right of cancellation pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code.
- However, we do grant you a right of cancellation under the following cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 Italian Civil Code:
- Up to no later than 3 months before the date of arrival, the booking can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee.
- From 3 months, the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation up to no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price.
- If the guest does not show up (‘no-show’) or leaves early, the full amount is due for the entire booking period.
Travel cancellation insurance
- We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance when booking your stay.

The mountain village of Collepietra is part of the First European Star Village, which shows you the sky above Val d'Ega. It is located among the mountains between the Dolomite giants Catinaccio, Latemar and Sciliar in the holiday region of Val d'Ega.
Our house is an ideal starting point. In a short time, you can reach the towns of Bolzano, Bressanone or Merano, as well as nearby hiking areas such as Lake Carezza, the Corno del Renon, the Alpe di Siusi and Val Gardena.
Beautiful lakes such as Lake Caldaro, Lake Monticolo and Lake Fiè are also not far away.
Whatever the season, South Tyrol always offers a variety of activities for young and old.
Our holiday flat is located 3 km from Collepietra (easily accessible by bus, bus stop 3 minutes' walk away).
Summer in South Tyrol

places in the South Tyrolean Dolomites.
After a strenuous day of hiking, you can end the evening on the terrace and enjoy the alpenglow.
Winter in the mountains
To experience it up close, Val d'Ega offers many sports activities such as winter snowshoeing, cross-country skiing,
tobogganing, skiing and snowboarding.
The Carezza ski resort is about 30 minutes away by car.
In the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains, one is spoilt for choice when it comes to recreational and leisure activities, both in
summer
and
winter.

We ourselves grew up in the mountains, privileged to be at home in this wonderful natural environment. We also want to offer our guests this beautiful place among the mountains of South Tyrol, so that they can spend unforgettable days in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We, Dagmar and Elmar with our three grown-up children, are sports enthusiasts and try to spend every free minute in our wonderful Val d'Ega holiday region in the heart of South Tyrol.
